The Battalion Battle Museum is dedicated to the Epiphany of the Battalion Battleships, which were jointly led by units of the 3rd Ukrainian Front of the Soviet Red Army led by Marshal Tolbuhin and partisan of the 51st Military Voices Division, under the command of Colonel Sreta Savic Kolja.The memorial museum was built at the site of "Ducks beak" at the initial positions of the liberation units in the forcing of the Danube and was ceremoniously opened on November 14, 1981 as part of the monument complex, which entered the 51st Division across the Danube and the monument "Pobeda" ( known as "Julka") on the beaten side, the work of the well-known Yugoslav sculptor Antun Augustincic in 1947.
The museum building was designed by architect.
Misha Berbakov, and permanent exhibition of Batins battle was done by the curator of the Museum of Socialist Revolution, Jovan Kirjaković, from Novi Sad.The museum worked successfully since 1981-1991.

In the period until 2017, he was exposed to decay and completely devastated.The museum was rebuilt and ceremoniously opened on November 11, 2017, in the afternoon of the 73rd anniversary of the Battle of Batina, with the funds of the Government of AP Vojvodina and the City of Sombor.
The new permanent exhibition was done by curators of the Museum of Vojvodina and the Municipal Museum of Sombor.
Today, the Batin Battle Museum is a depot of the historical department of the Municipal Museum of Sombor.
